Using Mimi
By using Mimi, you agree to these terms. Mimi is a language-learning service that provides lessons, practice tools, progress tracking, and community features. You may stop using the service at any time.
Your account
You are responsible for the information submitted through your account and for keeping your password secure. Do not use another person's account or impersonate someone else.
Acceptable use
When using Mimi, you must not:
- break the law or infringe another person's rights;
- harass others or post harmful, deceptive, or abusive material;
- try to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to Mimi; or

Your content
By submitting content to Mimi, you license it to Mimi and to the public under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license. Anyone may share and adapt your content for non-commercial purposes, with attribution, as long as they license what they create from it under the same terms. This license cannot be revoked, including after you stop using Mimi or delete your account, and you confirm you have the rights needed to grant it. You remain free to use your own content however you like. Content you add to public areas may be visible to anyone.
Service availability
Mimi is provided as available. Features and course material may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. Mimi does not guarantee a particular learning result or that all content is complete or error-free.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or ended when reasonably necessary to protect Mimi or its users, or when these terms are seriously or repeatedly violated.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Mimi is not responsible for indirect losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as Mimi changes. The date at the top will show when the latest version took effect. Continuing to use Mimi after an update means you accept the revised terms.
